I had a lasagna and dish had two chips on it also it looked like my Granddaughters pizza had been warmed up as you couldn't see the cheese and it was paper thin. It was our annual Christmas meal but l still can't believe a dish would be served with chipped pieces off it, it's unhygienic. Everyone should know this if they have done a hygiene course. We had the most outstanding service on our visit to Zizzi’s today. The server was so patient and attentive, especially as we had quite a rowdy group of kids. Hats off to Paige, who looked after us so well, and all the other staff who helped us today.

Lunch was great quality. Freshly cooked and quickly served in a clean and welcoming environment. Jason was the best waiter I have ever had. He gave plenty of advice and help, topped up with a large dose of humour.
