Norwich’s oldest pub. Estimated that it was founded in the 1200s. The indoor area is quite small and dogs are not accepted. You can sit with your dog at the outside tables. They have a nice selection of beers.
Amazing old, and I mean old, English pub circa 1260. Friendly, helpful bar staff, homely feel, laid back vibes, fantastic guest ales - ask for the Tally-Ho Adenham's ale before it runs out. Wonderful English beer! Right next to the cathedral if you're headed in that direction. Didn't try the food but it looked good. Really one of the most fun experiences I've had. Strongly recommended for the holidays or at any other time.
