Staying at the Dunston Hall Hotel and tbh the food there is definitely not up to par. Had lunch there and decided to go somewhere else for dinner. So about 6.30pm we googled a couple of places and settled for here as it was close by. I’m so glad we did. Lovely village location with parking at the front. A warm welcome into a relaxed bar with a small conservatory and enclosed courtyard garden at the back. Sitting under the grapevines outside was so relaxing. The food was delicious and reasonably priced and arrived quickly (mid-week lunchtime).

Sunday roast by blues nr3 was outstanding But don't try to ring or fbook messenger the pub beforehand, i had no reply after 3 attempts.. sort out your Google page and Facebook info please. Explain it's a pop up on Sunday
