We hosted a 25th birthday party at the Rivergarden this weekend in the Function Room. This was a really great space with large tables we could use for boardgames, a large TV with netflix and prime video as well as a music system in the room. The space was also easily adaptable with areas to pin up birthday banners and a backdrop for photos. Many thanks for hosting 10 of us at short notice (instant!) for a meal on 15 Dec 2023, when our booked Christmas meal nearby didn't happen because of evacuation due to a safety issue.Lovely meal, good table and ambiance, staff were great.You saved what could have been a disastrous yearly reunion.. we had a great time Definitely be back in the new year !

Just enjoyed our Xmas party here. Great value hot buffet,tasty and definitely plenty of food for our party. Had our own Bluetooth disco with use of the pubs equipment,Landlord also provided Karaoke for us all. Very easy going venue,will definitely arrange another meet up here.
