Love the food here. Wednesday meal deal is great. £12.00 for a main course with a pint of real ale or glass of house wine included. I had mussels tonight which were absolutely gorgeous.
Fabulous lunch for everyone. Pork belly x 2 tender meat & crisp on top. Chicken & smoked bacon pie, could not be bettered, chunks of tasty chicken. Sirloin steak cooked to perfection. We also had sourdough bread and homity croquettes to start, fab, and the puddings - warm ginger cake with pineapple and a chocolate pudding were delicious. Will definitely go again.

Beautiful food ,drink ,service and atmosphereMy wife had a roast and said it was stunning with Yorkshire puddings were the size of a small elephant.??..I had the haddock fish cakes and they were delicious. The service was great and the pud is very cool and very chilled out great selection of ales . Top notch..Vegetarian options: Haddock fish cakes ?
