The Swan Inn Of Hoxne

This is not a food review first off. I pop in here (afternoons) whenever I am in the area as the beer is superb, Lacons Cove today straight from the cask was really well kept and very refreshing. The building is beautiful with its nooks and crannies, winding corridors huge fire places and timber frames. The service can be a little frosty at times to be honest but there are some friendly staff too, just depends who’s on. Where i stay up this way there are two other pubs nearer but I always prefer the few miles drive to come here, the pull of a good pint :)

OYO The Billingford Horseshoes

A lovely little cafe / bottle bar, I stopped here on my way to Great Yarmouth. It's much nicer than using Motorway services. They served us promptly, the chilli con carne was delicious, and my husband enjoyed his Old Speckled hen .
The sun was shining so we used the tables outside but plenty of families were inside. Toilets were of a good standard, clean with scented soap.
I will come here again!

The Crossways Inn

Our group of 14 were very well looked after today.
Lovely food at a reasonable price, really good staff.
