37 High St, Watton, ThetfordSuperb food, Excellent friendly service, very clean and welcoming, we have eaten here quite frequently when in Watton, prices reasonable and quality of food excellent, good traditional British fair plus excellent Shish Kebabs, this time we had the chef’s grill, followed by scrumptious desert of chocolate Orange cake with vanilla ice cream, good value for money, very nice crisp side salad, everything perfectly cooked, and all cooked fresh to order, cannot recommended them highly enough, single unisex toilet, spotlessly clean, outdoor pavement seating available as well, good central location on the high street, ample off street free parking a two minute walk away ?

The Crown Hotel
25 High St, Watton, ThetfordFirst time diner. Food was good. Hot and fresh, I did not leave hungry! Quite slow service for a Tuesday lunch time. Table of 7 but not many other people in the restaurant. Bar lady/waitress was delightful. Will definitely give it another visit!

Great China
2 Middle St, Watton, ThetfordThe best chinese in town, the others have a very 'sweet' taste and nowhere near as good in terms of quality or appearance. .
Now offering local delivery which makes it so much easier for those with mobility issues.
Call through your order and then collect is available.
The staff are amazing and so helpful, they really go the extra mile to help.
Currently they are cash only, which is a shame.
Sadly not on Just Eat, that would make it perfect but I guess down to demand and would it be worthwhile.

The staff are friendly and will allow you to make small adjustments to your order.I'll often drive to Thetford from Swaffham to eat here.I'll buy the biggest breakfast on offer, get a coffee and a can of pop.Fried bread, tinned tomatoes, bacon and egg, what's not to love?My only gripe, is the mushrooms, I'm old fashioned, I prefer them open or closed cup, stewed tinned mushrooms don't really look good.The cafe was refurbished around 2 years ago, but still looking great. ( it used to be a USA themed thing, it was a guilty pleasure I miss. Lol)Great job

Watton Kebab House
5 High St, Watton, ThetfordReally happy lovely food brilliant price. Been twice now ordered different both times. Need delivery to Holme Hale please but more than happy to collect for the price and quality of the food. Friend staff 2
