We chose to stay here for our visit to surrounding area after reading reviews and photos of accommodation. The pub is very warm and traditional. Our room was just as photos spotlessly clean with comfy bed and anything we needed. We had breakfast each morning which was continental and or cooked breakfast. Staying at the local campsite, the pub was advertised on the notice board and only 5 min walk away so thought worth a try and glad we did. Excellent food, welcoming staff and lovely atmosphere. We had curry from the specials board and lasagne, both homemade and served with chunky chips, the portions were huge!! Definitely be back if ever in the area again.

Stayed for one night to break journey from Scotland to Lincolnshire. The rooms were clean and cosy for an overnight stay. We ate dinner and breakfast in the dinning room which offered good pub food. The Inn is in a great location close to the A1 near Leeming Bar but without the road noise
