Too dark of a room. When trying to get seated nearer windows you get moved as they are reserved for those who bring their dog. Seem to have a lot of staff yet still you are found waiting to get served.Some of the staff I found to be rude to others. Definitely has a feel of taking the mick out of a captive audience
Called in for breakfast, told to order via the app, had to download the app, create an account, and pay on my card through the app. Lot of messing around for a rubbery sausage sandwich and tea with UHT milk. Would have been better and cheaper to get a hot sandwich from the shop next door and a Costa coffee.
