Stayed at their Bunkhouse next to the Inn. We went to eat on Saturday night as part of a hen do. My 1st visit but the rest of us had been loads of times. The food is amazing a deffo 10 / 10. I had gammon steak with egg and pineapple, salad and the chunkiest chips iv ever seen. Beautiful!! The rest had curry, sweet n sour, broccoli cheese bake and all said how nice it was. Wonderful small and family run pub in the beautiful Yorkshire countryside. Wonderfully welcoming to us and our dog. Room was cosy and simple but really wonderful and the view was spectacular. The included breakfast was excellent but our evening meal stole the show. The lamb cutlets were just amazing! Would highly recommend!
Visited as a couple for an evening meal after a days walking . It was just what we needed, a cosy pub with a roaring fire and friendly bar staff ( and Chef ) . The food was excellent and reasonably priced for the amount on our plates . I would definitely recommend a visit and I believe they also do accommodation with a breakfast to die for . We will certainly visit again.
