A long table ready for us, great food and fabulous banter with our host throughout the evening.
Definitely calling in again and would recommend it to anybody ???

Grinkle Park Hotel
Grinkle Lane, Easington, North YorkshireWent for afternoon tea. Food was delicious and fresh. Personalised sandwich options (prior notice given, due to dietary requirements) tasted lovely with adequate fillings. The brown bread was soft and fresh. Fruit scones were so light. Jam was tasty and contained real fruit. The cakes - we were so full, we couldn't eat them, so were given aluminium foil baskets to bring them home. Nice touch. They were lovely when we did eat them. Tea and coffee top ups were freely available.
Special mention to our server Charlie. He was such a warm, friendly, genuinely caring, thoughtful young man. He offered to take photographs for us and made sure guests were attended to at all times. Nothing was a trouble to him. An absolute credit to Grinkle Park. He certainly enhanced our visit. We look forward to returning again soon.

The Moorhen
Seton hall, Staithes, Saltburn-by-the-SeaLovely food and great choice. The service was friendly and quick. We went at a quiet time so can't comment properly on the atmosphere but will definitely go back.They also had very good selection of cakes and scones.
