Set in a very small village where the whole village is set out beautifully, a great community of helpers and workers.
Would definitely recommend a drive out there.

Commondale, WhitbyFriendly local pub with the best atmosphere lovely and quite staff are kind and hard working the scenery surrounding the pub you could never get tired of seeing. Very welcoming, drinks are a good price

The Eskdale Castleton
Station Rd, Castleton, WhitbyAbsolutely fantastic menu run by professional staff and owners. They went above and beyond to ensure our family of 14 adults and children had a wonderful afternoon. Now the food, just perfect, this is not pub grub, it's absolutely amazing, good food. We will be back to the Eskdale very soon.
