Egton Bridge, WhitbyHad lunch here. The service was very good and friendly. The lunch time menu had variety and was reasonably priced. We were very happy with the quality and amount of food. Certainly would visit again.

159 Coach Rd, Sleights, WhitbyHad takeaway cod & chips. Quite nice except chips were very bitty.Toilet facilities not available to takeaway customers. After a journey of 20 miles this was disappointing.Also had to wait outside for order to be delivered to me.

Grosmont Station Tea Room
Front St, Grosmont, WhitbyA quaint little railway station, that the steam train starts, and makes its way to Pickering Station. It has a little cafe and a shop on site.Parking: There is parking at the Station which is free, or alternatively, paid parking about 200yards further down.

Old School Coffee Shop
Grosmont, WhitbySituated overlooking the railway line, so you get a view of the Steam train ,"Santa Express".We had breakfast and a coffee a couple of times and we were very pleased.The owners made us very welcome and were good conversation.Nice and warm due to the wood burner.
