Food took an hour to arrive after ordering and the place wasn't busy!The food was nice (loaded chips). In fact we stopped our daughter ordering food because ours took so long to come.
We went on a Saturday afternoon. Pub was empty. There were 7 of us. We ordered food which took an hour to come. Food was nice but not worth the wait. If we hadn't been with family we would have left and gone elsewhere to eat.

We went for a walk with the dogs and called in here for lunch. It was empty except for us, but it was a weekday. Lovely attentive bar person and a good choice of drinks. Quite an extensive menu, but we chose from the lunchtime one. Very tasty fresh food, we would definitely recommend. Dog friendly too,
