Stayed the night here last night and it was an absolutely wonderful stay. Our room was spacious, well decorated and comfortable with amazing views. We had our evening meal in the pub which was very nice as well. All of the staff we encountered were very friendly and helpful and we felt very well looked after during our stay. The Bull Inn is in a beautiful village and I'd highly recommend a visit.

Visited today for lunch, we were made to feel very welcome and although we reserved a table in the bar the staff were very accommodating when we asked to change to the beer garden as it was a gloriously sunny day.Ordering food and drink had to be order from the bar , the process was simple and straight forward.Our waitress Caroline delivered the food to our table in the beer garden with an enthusiastic smile and nothing was too much trouble.The food was fresh and plentiful and...read full review

We stopped by for lunch on the 3rd Sept not knowing that it is better to book if you want to make sure of getting a table. The staff were lovely, as all Yorkshire folk are, and found us a table. We had the roast beef sunday lunch which was fantastic. The pub itself has a lot of character. We didn't venture into the beer garden as I cannot currently manage stairs but it looked a nice place anyway. Service was very efficient and polite. Will definitely return.
