Simply the best - a cosy, spotlessly clean, warm and welcoming bistro. Claire and Adam make a fantastic team. The welcome is so warm and genuine, attention to detail is spot on, and of course, the food is to die for! Exquisite cuisine. As a rule, we never have 3 courses, but the menu is so lovely and varied, that we went the whole hog, and had starter, main, dessert - and fudge and brandy snaps! Four of us were staying in Thornton this week and had the pleasure of eating at Brandysnap Bistro. Wonderful food and drink enjoyed by all and a great host in Adam - thoroughly recommended.
