We had a family meal booked for 10 people and had an amazing Sunday Dinner. The service was excellent, all the staff were friendly and professional, really looking after us from us arriving to leaving. We will definitely be visiting again. What a great little pub..... I had the steak and ale pie with Stilton, then tried to finish the apple crumble with ice cream.... almost killed me but I did it.... far better than I expected and one that I will be back to...?

This place has everything you want in a pub.Great food at a good price.The staff are always welcoming, as well as the locals. Claire, the new landlady, is taking the pub from strength to strength, with quiz nights, and live music.
