The food was extremely well presented, and portions could only be described as 'plentiful'. I ate all I could and still didn't finish. Most loveliest pub I’ve been to very friendly owners and staff, serve every pint with a smile? I work away a lot and being parked up in the area visiting this pub was exactly what I needed needed after a long day.Most definitely be back again soon hopefully to taste one one of their amazing homemade pizzas and most importantly lovely poured Guinness ?

Driven past the Ash Tree many times but never gone in, except the day of our visit we were passing and feeling hungry so called in for late lunch, which staff managed to slot us in. And we were pleased we did call in.Big list of specials, so many lovely sounding dishes to choose from. Really tasty food. I had the calves liver which was delicious, my partner had the fish and chips and said the fish was really fresh and huge too. Highly recommended
