Found this pub to be very friendly. Food was very tasty and served quickly. We sat in the bar area with our dogs who were made very welcome. We both had the beef and ale pie. Would recommend. Will definitely visit here again.
We have been to the Marcia a number of times, including for dinner, and it’s worth the trip. They serve good quality classic English pub food which is well priced. I visited the Marcia after a funeral service at the crematorium. The staff were very respectful, the buffet was absolutely delicious and there was a good selection of beers including alcohol free lager. The room was bright, airy and spotlessly clean. I would certainly visit again if I was in the area.
