As it was the last night of our holiday my daughter and I decided to have a meal out. The Crown and Anchor is a lovely cozy country pub. The staff were friendly and the service was great. The steak and ale pie was the best I've had, my daughter had chicken kebab with rice and salad which she said was delicious. We couldn't say no to desert, I had tirimasu my daughter had lemon possett and they were also delicious. I will definitely recommend the Crown and Anchor to anyone visiting...read full review
Brilliant new chefs although we were never disappointed before. Just a great idea to have the kitchen a separate enterprise. Well done Lee, they are a real find. Wish we lived a little nearer so we could pop in more often. See you in December.
