Canny little spot with a larger outdoor area + covered stage and as it was untypical UK BANK HOLIDAY weather we could sit out at one of many picnic tables and take in the totally live 3 piece rock band.
Hubby and I popped in for a drink and some Sunday lunch and we were well impressed!!!! Pub serves Sunday lunch until 5pm, and the bar man was cheerful and attentive. I had the lamb, my hubby the beef and it was the best ever….. lots of well cooked meat, vegetables, cauliflower cheese and the best ever yorkie puds - we will definitely be back ?

Been in quite a few times now, always a good atmosphere and good beer!!Didn't have any food but gave 5 stars as the pork scratchings are the best I've ever tasted!!Been in when there's a music on and it's fantastic.
