Nice fish and chips at a reasonable price. The mushy pees were a little bland and the curry sauce was watery. I got the large fish and chips and it was a huge portion. The fish was tastey and the chips were great. Staff were ....ok. overall I would come back, but probably for a take away.
How disappointing was our visit ( today) 3 Sept 2023. We ordered the Fish & Chip Special at £10.95 per person. I am sorry to have to say this but it was not enjoyable. The cod was small & mostly batter, chips awful - dry & quite hard, it felt like they had been warmed up!! Needless to say we will not be returning. £22 wasted. Came here on the Saturday night of Goth weekend, we found this gem of a place after walking about Looking for food. so glad we did, the food was amazing, the staff were really lovely, we thanked the young chef as the food was spot on. Can’t wait to come back.
