I have just moved to Huntington and I was blessed to find that the Blacksmiths Arms is my local pub.From day one they welcomed me like a local! Both staff and other customers are so warm and friendly. The food was amazing and set out perfectly. The beef stroganoff was on the specials menu and was cooked to perfection. The steak was perfect and fresh. It was cooked perfectly as requested.

Had a really nice pub Sunday lunch with my Cousin and our George. My Boy GEORGE, sadly not MY BOY JACK given that he has been destroyed by Manchester Social Services. Doesn't detract the pub. Get up there on a 5, or a 5a bus from York station. Food good. Drinks reasonably priced. What's not to like?
