Food and Drink quality was excellent, tasty toasties and coffees. Very friendly staff and relaxing atmosphere. The only slight downside is the cost, at around £4.50 a sandwich and £4 a seasonal coffee. But most places are on par nowadays.
Amazing location with the nicest staff. I was served by Charlie who was so great and convinced me to add extra food/drink and ended up spending nearly £30 but was completely worth it thank you Charlie for making the best flat whites ever!!!!

This was a non-visit. I waited in line for more than ten minutes to be served, with perhaps another ten minutes likely. Then I saw them serve a customer with Hot Chocolate and I realised this was just a hot powdery milk shake. Caffe Nero used to make a Chocolate Milano which was sourced from a dark chocolate liquid kept in the fridge. Then I realised this product is no longer served so I quit the queue and went home.
