Restaurants in Thrapston
Bennett’s
34 High St, Thrapston, KetteringBiked from Irthlingborough to Thrapston and found the little Jen in the town. Lovely food with a secret sun trap in the court yard at the rear that’s a treat you could miss. If you are with your bikes it’s a safe place to leave them as you enjoy your meal.

The Kings Arms
57 High St, Thrapston, KetteringWe had a surprise party for my wife in the upstairs dining room on Saturday evening. We had over 30 people. Absolutely everything was perfect.
The organisation for the event was excellent; nothing was too much trouble.
The food was outstanding, really fresh and perfectly cooked. Several people commented on their perfect steaks.
The service was fantastic all evening long. Again, several of our party commented on how polite, friendly, and helpful the young team were.
Thank you so much to everyone at the Kings Arms for putting on such a special event.
This is now my restaurant of choice in and around Thrapston. Nothing else comes close.

Bengal Spice
10 Church Walk, The Bullring, Thrapston, KetteringOrdered here after I havent been for 3 years which i had a good experience. This time round I had a delivery and it didn't live up to expectations.
The food was a massive let down my bhuna was dry and lacked flavour. Barely any sauce, I know its a drier dish but not that dry!
The matteer paneer was the strangest matteer paneer I have ever had it was basically paneer in a korma sauce. It was so sickly sweet.
Normally this is with a tomato creamy sauce I know everywhere does different but this was just paneer chucked in a korma sauce!
The allo chana the chickpeas were like bullets and it was not an authentic sauce they used the same sauce for the veg biriyani curry sauce. It wasnt tomatoey at all. And was also bland.
My partner said the Veg biriyani was tasty and not greasy.
Overall im wondering what happened to this resturaunts food standards they have a good reputation and after eating here some years ago it was brilliant. Its a shame its gone downhill
Came here tonight for a family meal and it couldn't have been better! We will definitely be back again! Gorgeous food and we thought it was really good value too! It's a hidden gem I would say and the guys who all worked in there were all polite and friendly and attentive. Well done guys

Pisces Fish & Chips Thrapston
21 High St, Thrapston, KetteringThe best gluten free cod ever. Time and time again I've never been disappointed with fish and chips here... Keep it up, and thank you for being one of few fish and chip shops to offer gluten (and dairy) free cod and chips. I wouldn't recommend to a celiac, but for an intolerance, it is fine food.
