Very friendly pub with a secret.A great traditional pub right in the middle of Higham Ferrers.Great for a night out or a mid week dinner.We popped in on a Monday night for some food and there was an offer on pizzas. Luckily we had booked a table as it was quite busy.I have to say the hand stretched pizzas were very good indeed. The food is delicious - even the kids love the pizza and halloumi fries ? great atmosphere staff are fabAnd my other half says it’s the best pint of Guiness locally ? easy to spend an entire night in there!Vegetarian options: Halloumi fries and jalapeño poppers are great as is the vegan pizza

The queen's head is a winner when it come to home made pizzas together with an excellent choice of popular pub grub.The service is always amazing, but you must book to avoid disappointment.The ambiance is always friendly being doggy friendly is a huge bonus.Overall, this is an excellent pub to visit with lots of choices of beer, wine and spirits.Always a great experience
