Heart Of The Shires Shopping Village/Watling St, NorthamptonWe are on holiday and visited here for tea and cake. What a lovely welcoming place the staff were all happy and we not only had lovely cake but a very warm welcome to go with it. It’s extra dog friendly we ordered 1 portion of bacon bites for our dogs to share and they even brought this in 2 bowls to save us having to divide it up. Dog water and a tub of treats were brought to us on being seated without us having to ask. Can’t recommend here enough wish we lived closer

Weedon Bec, NorthamptonThe staff here was great, and one gentleman in particular was very accommodating. The room was comfortable and quaint, and the beds were exactly what was needed after a long day and a drive in from London. The pub and the location have a lovely atmosphere. The price was perfect as well. Definitely glad we stopped here for a break in our trip!
