(£36 for 5 of us) Everyone was happy with their choice. Vegetarian wrap was tasty and the chips were perfectly crispy and fluffy. The beef brisket looked amazing- my 11 year old couldn't finish his so dad had to help out! Teenager 1 had the fish finger roll and teen 2 had the beef brisket. Both teen girls loved the aesthetic and were impressed with the facilities. Dog was welcome indoors and had a free treat. You can sit the other side of the bar if you're not a dog fan..

Spencer Arms
Northampton Rd, Chapel Brampton, NorthamptonAfter many years finally returned, and was pleasantly surprised. The food was so good I ate there 3 times in 5 days, always met by friendly and efficient staff. I look forward to my next visit really soon.

The Kings Head
23 Brixworth Rd, Spratton, NorthamptonWe visited The King’s Head after hearing it had changed hands recently. Still a pleasant atmosphere with friendly staff and good food, albeit not quite as good as before. The only reason for 4 star not 5 is because we didn’t feel the waiting staff were as attentive as they could have been. We had to ask to place a drinks order, both times during our visit, despite sitting right next to the bar. It was a bit frustrating to sit with empty glasses whilst staff leant on the bar talking. Other than that, everyone was kind, polite and friendly. Facilities were clean and well kept.

Brampton Halt
Pitsford Rd, Chapel Brampton, NorthamptonWe had our wedding reception in the stunning Marquee this week. The food was exceptional, everyone commented on how great it was. Extremely good value for money, we couldn't find anything even close by comparison in the area but there was no compromise on the quality of our day at all. The private bar inside the marquee is a great addition and we were kept super warm by the heating despite it being a cold day. Everything was cleared up for us ready for us to collect the next morning so we didn't have to worry about that at the end of our night. Definitely a hidden gem and somewhere to be considered by every couple looking for their venue in the area.Thank you for a wonderful day.
