The food was lovely, the atmosphere was relaxed and enjoyable.

The Kings Head
23 Brixworth Rd, Spratton, NorthamptonWe had a fantastic experience at The Kings Head. The food was absolutely terrific – the standout for us was the scotch egg, which had a perfectly crispy coating with a beautifully soft yolk inside.
The Kings Head’s own lager was spot on and paired really well with the meal. We also tried four different desserts and every single one was delicious – a great way to finish.
We had booked for 12 at opening time and ended up having the place to ourselves for a while, which made it feel even more relaxed. The interior is beautifully decorated and finished, creating a really warm and welcoming atmosphere.
There’s also a nice added touch with a coffee bar next door and a food truck in the car park.
We’d definitely come back and would highly recommend it.

Brampton Halt
Pitsford Rd, Chapel Brampton, NorthamptonDown visiting good friends in Northampton and came for lunch on our last day with them - outstanding service. Louise was great with all of us, she has the most amazing way with people. Could not recommend her enough and the food was also delightful. Thank you so much, especially once again Louise - you made our last meal down here fabulous.
