This was our second visit in a week. Both occasions produced a superb experience. Warm friendly atmosphere with cosy tables, the greeting set the mood for the evening. We tried quite a few dishes, all of which were tasty, hot and presented beautifully. Smaller portions are available for kids and the waiters are happy to advise on dishes, combinations and heat levels. We really had an enjoyable dinner on both nights, highly, highly recommend for all ages and all occasions.

Taquitos

Now a regular part of my diet , mitchlen quality food from a food truck . Gary an absolute gentleman has inshrined perfection on his staff as it does not matter who is working the standard does not drop , very reasonably priced for the quality deliver , can not recommend enough.

Maddens Bar & Restaurant

A great pub with a nice selection of dishes. The service was great and the seating area was comfortable. They have a really nice beer garden that overlooks the river

The Boathouse

An amazing fusion of Asian and Irish dishes served by knowledgeable and experienced staff. Turned up at short notice without a booking and were made to feel very welcome. Starters were Squid, Beef and bread to share. These proved to be an indication of just how innovative the Chef is. Main course was an impeccable presentation of Moules Marinère which was devoured with relish. Overall a great experience and I suggest that the Boat Yard is a well kept secret and a place to watch! On a par with some of the well known Belfast restaurants for food, service and value.

Pizza Time Antrim

Used website to order three pizzas, mistake was made during ordering process. Great staff, excellent customer service helping us resolve our issue and even better food! Best pizza in Antrim.

Popeyes Louisiana Chicken

Top-Class Service and Food at Popeyes Antrim! Visited the new Popeyes in Antrim and was genuinely impressed from the moment I walked in. The restaurant had a great buzz, bright, clean, and really well-run. The team were friendly, upbeat, and clearly proud of what they do. My order, the Classic Chicken Sandwich with Cajun Fries and a side of Ghost Pepper Wings 👻 came out hot, crispy, and full of flavour. You can really taste the difference in quality and freshness. What stood out most was how organised the team were during a busy lunch rush, fast service without losing the personal touch. Great to see that kind of energy and consistency coming through. Can’t wait to see Popeyes continue to expand across Ireland, this one in Antrim sets a brilliant example! 🔥🍗

Kebab Express

I’ve eaten from Firuze at least a dozen times, everytime I eat there I’m blown away by the food!!

Normally I tend to go with the pizza meal deals but tonight I decided to change it up, I ordered the Firuze Munch box.

Let me tell you the portion size was VERY generous and the taste was unbelievable, chicken pakora, chicken goujons, hot wings, kebab meat and chips! So unbelievably fresh and plenty of flavour to go along with it! Will definitely be getting it again!

Friendly staff and welcoming when you go in and the menu is very well priced for the portion sizes!

Rubys + The Back Shed

A quiet Wednesday night in the lounge for dinner and drinks. Food was delicious. a good sized portion and not long to wait. service was excellent #caitlin. nothing was too much bother. the lounge is definitely in need of a makeover but it didn't affect our night out. Would definitely recommend

You will not regret a curry night in this restaurant. Food is excellent. Freshly prepared. Very relaxed atmosphere. Spacious and clean. The staff are brilliant and never rush you. Highly recommended ?

Vegetarian options: They do cater for most dietary requests. Menu does have icons for low calorie options and vegetarian dishes.

Dietary restrictions: They cook from fresh and do try to adapt menu for everyone's palet

Parking: This is located off antrim town high street. Accessible down a wide alley.

Wheelchair accessibility: Yes wheelchair friendly. Plenty of room around tables etc

Istanbull kebab house

If I feel like a real treat in the form of a wrap kebab... then I get in the car and drive from Carrickfergus to get the best kebab. So the fact that I'm going there is the best proof of how good it must be. Try it and you'll want more. Best regards

This place is amazing. The food is always fresh and a very good quality. During all my interactions with the staff I have been meet with very friendly and professional matter. Baan Thai

First visit and won’t be the last got gluten free beef curry, the first Chinese curry in years definitely excellent with an abundance of meat and flavours, highly highly recommend.

A familiar favourite, been going here since forever.
The dragons tongue garlic bread is always first thing I order. Great pizza and always professional and polite staff

Ho Wah

Ordered carryout of chicken fillet Curry with Noodles/chips. The chips and Noodles were fine. The curry sauce wasn't very spicy, quite Bland tasting and thick. Chicken breast fillet? Some pieces weren't the breast meat.. Usually happy with the quality of their food not so great on this occasion.Staff service was excellent.

Starbucks

Pleasant staff and very efficient service as you would expect from Starbucks.

The Starbucks brand coffee certainly isn't bad tasting but its nowhere close to the best tasting coffee out there.

I would like to see alot more vegan options to eat, especially in the tray bakes or croissants. Starbucks has a long way to go in their plant-based offerings compared to some of their local independent competitors.

Overall though they provide a decent atmosphere for those those like the global chain type of brand.

Starbucks Drive Thru

I haven't been to such a dirty place for a long time. It's a shame that despite their reputation - they don't care about tidiness. The seats look like someone regularly peed on them. One thing is for sure, we will never come back here.

Domino's Pizza - Antrim

I love pizzas from dominos but for my last order, we ordered chicken wings but received chicken strips instead. When enquired we were told that they ran out of chicken wings and that’s why we got chicken strips but no one informed or checked with us if we are ok with that.

Tiny House Coffee

A lovely random find! The coffee was really nice and the fifteens were delicious. We visited late in the day, so other baked goods weren’t available, but there’s plenty of parking and a friendly vibe. Definitely worth a visit!

The Crosskeys Inn

What a fun stop in N Ireland! We heard that it was the oldest thatched roof tavern, so we wanted to experience it. It didn’t disappoint. The staff and locals were so wonderfully friendly! We were a bit, unsure walking in as it is such a local establishment and we were definitely ‘outsiders’. We were immediately made to feel welcome by staff and patrons alike. The bartender showed us around all of the facilities and even took some pictures of my husband and I together in the quaint settings.

Third Day Coffee

HELPING IRISH RESTAURANTS DO BETTER

Well this is a little gem of a coffee shop in the heart of Antrim.

A small menu is only a bad thing if it's not well executed and the team at Third Day executed to perfection. Our group had the Eggs Benedict, Brekkie Bap and granola for a weekday brunch, washed down with coffee.

All dishes were high quality and clearly a lot of thought has gone into the menu and flavours. What was particularly surprising and delightful was the depth of knowledge the staff (Chris) had about the beans used in the coffee - if you're a coffee lover, this is a must try.

If you find yourself in Antrim town, make sure to pop into this wee gem.

Top Of The Town

The food in The Top of the Town was absolutely amazing, it was fresh, beautifully seasoned and the well presented.\n\nThe staff are attentive, warm and seems very keen to make each customers experience enjoyable.\n\nI could make one small suggestion, it would be lovely to see a slight variation in the starters — perhaps adding something like stuffed mushrooms or pili pili garlic prawns to the menu. That little addition would make an already excellent selection even better.\n\nOverall, The Top of the Town easily ranks among the best places to eat in Antrim. Excellent food, friendly service, and great value — a real gem that I’ll definitely be returning to soon!

Beautiful Sunday lunch we both had a starter lovely & presented really well & then had Turkey & ham & I opted for the pork chops again top class piping hot unfortunately we were so full up we didn't have room for dessert which looked amazing but next time we will staff friendly & attentive.

July17, went in (after the bartender next door looked up then turned away without acknowledging us) Happy we did, many ppl here watching The Open, friendly.. I think a mix of locals and visitors. The bartender was very pleasant and she nicely made my husband a coffee and cookies Nice atmosphere.

The Anchor Bar

Stayed here on a Sunday night, also had dinner in their restaurant that evening. From moment we arrived the staff were amazing, they went out of the their way to make sure we enjoyed our stay. Food was excellent, we'd chowder and King prawns, just fantastic. Breakfast following morning was freshly cooked and again staff amazing. Music in bar Sunday night great too. Will definitely be back.

Furama Cantonese Restaurant

Love the food and the staff are amazing. Very relaxed atmosphere. Can be very quiet during the week with weekends being busier. I'd say the best restaurant in the town for Chinese style food.

Parking: There is in street parking with another parking bay out front. A free carpark at the rear of the restaurant also

Nando's Lisburn - Sprucefield

The BEST nandos I have ever been to! As soon as we arrived we were greeted by our server Dylan, who was absolutely lovely and made sure all of our needs were met!
The food was so delicious and came out immediately after ordering!
Will definitely be returning in the future and hope to see the lovely people who work there!

Best chippy food I've had in years, proper chips like the chippies when I was young. Gluten free options too, great for the Coeliac in our family. Keen price too! I'd be back next time I'm about Antrim!

One of the best fish and chips I’ve had in a long time. My parents thoroughly enjoyed theirs too. We know our seafood.

The staff were friendly and welcoming and the service was in good time. There was a short wait but the food came out piping hot. It was around 4:30 on a Wednesday so early in the evening.

Tesco Cafe

Called at Tesco in Antrim. Decided to go to their cafe for brunch .Had a breakfast muffin which was very tasty .Only problem is.I would love to see some gluten-free food on their menu .

Shunters chip shop and smokehouse

I don’t usually have any problems, but today however I made a collection order in the app, and when I got home with my meal there was no cheese or very little on my curry cheese chip and my large cheese burger with mayo did not have
