I booked a table for a family get together. Overall we had a great night. Lovely ambience, great service, very friendly staff and food delicious. Generally what you would expect for a BT9 establishment. However, one area was seriously below standards and that was the state of the gents toilets. Looked like they hadn't been checked/cleaned all day. Hand towels littered the floor which also needed a good mopping and waste bins overflowing. Brilliant service. We are having our wedding here. Chris and James (managers) are absolutely amazing and couldn't do enough for us. We are so excited for the big day. Thanks guys x

We went to the Chelsea for our Christmas party and had a fantastic time. The food was delicious and the service fantastic and the whole ambience made it one of the best Christmas parties in a long time. We will definitely be booking again for next year!
