Have been getting food from here for a long time always has been first class. But tonight I rang in my order. Was told it would be a hour to wait. And my god they didn't disappoint. Absolutely worth the wait. My pizza of choice tonight was a medium chicken, bacon , with red onion and bbq sauce . And a portion of chicken chunks on the side.First class

Bowies Chip Shop

I felt like a new man once I had left this utmost astonishing establishment. When I walked in the door was hard to push and I hit the ledge which was truly a phenomenal and welcoming experience which I had not had in any other diner.The fine young lady at the counter who didn't look at me greeted me with a warm "what do you want" which was a lovely opener, bonus points for being unique.The food was organic made with 67% of it being oil which certainly helped me bulk I would highly recommendI certainly recommend visiting such a fine takeaway

Regans Bar

Six friends got together In Maghera for the weekend. We went into Regans bar for a few drinks on the Saturday afternoon. Great atmosphere in this wee pub and we were made very welcome by the owner.

Subway

Called in for a couple of salad boxes early evening. Such a lovely kind young gentleman serving. Was so focused on customer service. Really dedicated to offering the customer the choices. Nothing was too much bother. Five stars to him. Thank u. And the salads were first class.

Main Street Cafe

They have a lot of different sandwich and salad options. Everything I have gotten from here has been delicious. They're not super cheap, but for the convenience of being right in Mendon it's worth it. We have ordered Coffee multiple times and never have been disappointed. They use a local coffee roaster from Avon. The only issue we have ever had is when we order online, they tell us our drinks will be ready in a half an hour, but ends up being about 45. So we are sitting waiting. I'm not sure if they just don't give pick up/online orders priority. Never had an issue when I walk in to order.

Kearney's Bar

Don't be fooled by it's modest appearance from the outside, this is simply a fantastic pub. The night we were there a group of regulars were playing a brilliant 80's playlist and the atmosphere was amazing.This is one of the best pubs I have ever been in. Don't miss it.

I love this place and have been going there for years. Great atmosphere and good fun. Loved by locals. You will enjoy the craic. This is a family run pub and i just love it.

Montgomery Nurseries & Garden Centre

I order a bunch of flowers from this business, and the woman I spoke to on the phone was very friendly and helpful, they where deliver on time, and where beautiful, a good mix off lovely colours, and reasonably priced,, I was very pleased with how well they were presented, that much so , I've ordered another bunch, I would highly recommend this business, I will definitely shop with these guys again ?

Nosh Cafe

What a great spot. The food is always soo good. The girls that work there are always really friendly and helpful. The service is fast and efficient. There is always a lovely atmosphere. The new menu is really great. I frequently visit for lunch and will continue. I’ve never had a bad meal in it. Also very reasonably priced. There chips are amazing really good. You might not think it looks very fancy on the outside from the street but the food is first class.

An Croí Coffee House & Bistro

This cafe is located just outside Maghera you can get to it very easily as it's sign posted with it being in an Irish speaking area the menu is written in both English and Irish the tables are well spaced and the menu is of a good variety after sampling the menu delights have a walk around the souvenir shop which has a great variety of gifts to suit all tastes in craftware, it is very popular and the seating is well spaced out the staff are very friendly

Friendly staff and good food. Relatively quick service too (about 10 minutes for 2 kebabs) and pricing is pretty decent for the portion size provided. If you're a fan of garlic, definitely give the garlic mayo a try! Maghera Kebab House to anyone stopping into Maghera who craves a good kebab.Parking: Parking is available, right outside, but not much is available. Would be hard to find convenient parking at the dinner rush. There is parking further up however, but it is not as convenient. Parking is free of cost and time restriction.Wheelchair accessibility: No steps into entrance, but pavement outside is slightly uneven in places. Inside counter is relatively high up, so wheelchair users may find it awkward to order/pay.Dietary restrictions: There is notice to inform staff of any allergies.

Joe's Pizza House

I absolutely love this place, I get the same thing every week and have been getting it for over a year now. For 7.50 you get 15-25 pieces of salt n chilli chicken, so much chips, 2 naan and 2 dips of your choice. Honestly Try it best thing ever! Will continue to buy from here for years.

Oak Leaf Restaurant

Went with the family for Sunday lunch. I had the turkey ham dinner it was excellent.... Just needed bigger roast potatoes, oh and the bowls of veg should be per dinner not a sharing. Had two courses perfectly

Lucky Dragon

Only eaten here once, quite nice actually. I have a usual I order from castledawson chinese but they were closed on an occasion. I ordered the chicken curry with chip, ham fried rice, onion rings, half portion chicken balls and a soft noodle. thoroughly enjoyed this and so did my housemate. He and his friends prefer here to castledawson so we now use both. Thanks

The Pizza Man

I’m absolutely outraged that the pizza man had whipped out a CHICAGO TOWN PIZZA right in front of my eyes and family! This is the first time I’ve seen a man also attempt to cook chips in the microwave keep in mind these were FROZEN! I also saw a 24 pack of Coke and it was sold in individual quantities for him to make more money keep in mind their had been a homeless man outside the shop BEGGING. He had offered my young boy a quickie for a tenner! Whatever that means??? Hopefully it was quicker than the food don’t get me started

Pagoda

This pagoda literally has the best salt and garlic crispy chicken you will ever put in your mouth it’s my favourite food and i dont understand why this place only has 3 stars it’s absolutely amazing? My favourite place to eat!
