Had an amazing time at the Percy French. From the moment we walked in the staff were nothing but lovely. Myself and my partner were checked on multiple times, staff always ensuring we had a drink in hand, and food came out so quickly and was top quality. We’d been here for lunch just before lockdown and it was a pleasant experience. This time the food was lovely and staff very pleasant and attentive. The thing that we object to is the hidden charges. We ordered drinks and were prompted twice about having some water for the table. We agreed but didn’t realise it wasn’t complimentary and at £6 I’m sorry we left at least half behind.
