Everytime I go to this McDonald's the staff are always lovely and very apologetic if anything isn't right or if the food is taking a little longer than usual. I have never seen a huge problem with the cleanliness as when there is a big mess it's because of the customer not the staff and I'm aware they can only clean up so quickly with how busy they are and with shift changes.I've never had to wait longer than 10 minutes which is absolutely fine although I can't say the same for...read full review
Totally useless, can never get a takeaway order right. Was given wrong coffee a hash brown short and a bacon muffin instead of a sausage one. That was just my last order. They forget to give you fries with a meal, give you the wrong burgers and god help you if you customise your meal because odds on youāre not going to get it. Oh man, what can I say, Iāve got a Mcchicken sandwich with barbecue sauce. I canāt remember the name of it it was on promotion Ā£8.50 what a rip-off - it was probably about 4-5ā inches across.Absolute rip-off - never again!
