Quality local pub, one of the best Friday nights out I've had in a long time. Even though we were tourists locals were very welcoming. Staff game for a proper laugh. Pub singer was perfect weekend entertainment. House ale punched well above its weight. A cracking pub, looking forward to my next visit already!
Thanks for a great week, in most nights varying times, just stayed around the corner so handy, Madri, Coors spot on, dog friendly, Sunderland and Newcastle plaques above door entrance keep both sets happy, see yous next year God Willing ?

Just had a week in Seahouses and visited the Schooner every day for a few drinks, good selection of drinks available and affordably priced. Good atmosphere in the pub, all the staff and regulars made us feel very welcome even down to giving our German Shepherd dog treats every day. Really enjoyed our visits to the Schooner and will definitely be back there again next year.
