Great staff, polite and friendly. Room 3 needs a little tidying (paint/loo roll holder hanging off)Food very good, English Inn menu greatly improved over the last couple of yearsRooms: Good room size (room3), a little noisy in the morning, and needs a little TLC.
The red lion is a very welcoming environment to bring family and friends, supported by all of the staff and Dan the manger, that will give you an amazing welcome at all times of the day.My parents were the landlord and landlady in the 70’s/80’s and Daniel and his team have been the best custodians of our village pub since that time. I can recommend this location to everybody.

Took my family here for lunch on my husband's birthday. The food was excellent with good service and a lovely atmosphere and rustic decor.Highly recommended. Would absolutely return here. Thank you ?
