I was on my way to another spot for a quick bite for lunch, another place highly reviewed on this very site, when I stumbled across the legendary G&D's and thought, "Well, clearly my plans have changed." I'm really glad they did. G&D's is a legendary eatery in Oxford, best known for their in-house ice cream, made just downstairs. Probably the best ice cream in Oxford! We went for mango sorbet and yoghurt ice cream which were both really yummy! Creamy texture, not overly sweet.I'd recommend takeaway so you're not tempted to go for a second one ;)
