Opera is one of the many small coffee corners in Oxford but not just another one. It is on 31 Walton St, for instance on the way to The Blavatnik School of Goverment.The staff is super nice and accommadative, always trying to improve, and they have the right espresso machine, the good old La Marzocco Classic.On the menu a great variety of sandwiches, wraps and salads. A cozy corner for coffee or brunch! The menu is quite extensive (especially considering the size of the place). We got coffees and toasties. I was not impressed by the coffee (I got a latte), but the food was fresh and delicious! The portions were generous too. I am keen to return to try their brunch menu (everything looked amazing!). It's a cute, cozy little place. Lots of seating- both indoor and outdoor (facing the road in front as well as in the backyard).Quick service. Smiling faces. Good vibes.I tried their latte, carrot cake and cheese cake- all were good, no complaints.The savoury options looked and smelled so delicious- I definitely want to go back there and try them sometime!
