As with all Pizza Express outlets that we have visited, they are sooooo tight, that they don't heat the toilets, the water that comes out of the tap, or have heated hand dryers. It really is petty and off-putting. Service here today left a lot to be desired with the female waitress complaining how she was on her own (and did so abruptly and with no essence of a smile). I organised a university social event at Pizza Express and it was actually my first time going there. I was really satisfied by the service and the food, and despite changes to our reservation which I can imagine may be an inconvenience, the staff were really professional and polite.
