We came to the Magdalen Arms for our wedding breakfast after an early afternoon microwedding. The Magdalen were the most accommodating and friendly of any place that we approached. They even opened the kitchen a little early for us, which was absolutely incredible, meaning that we didn't have to have a massive gap between the ceremony and dinner. This is so much more than a (brilliant) restaurant/pub: they’ve created somewhere that feels like a home! Everyone is treated like a friend, the staff are wonderful and the food is amazing every single time!!

Food was amazing in there. Has a big sharing roast beef and was some of the best beef I have ever ever had in my life. Staff very friendly and would recommend to anyone for a Sunday roast. Very lively
