I recently cycled here for an overnight stay with my girlfriend. The staff were very helpful in terms of accommodating the bikes - from booking and on arrival.The room was very nice and comfortable, but can imagine it may get hot in the summer as there is no air con. The bathroom was very nice, with a great shower and the bed was large and comfortable. We hadn’t been here for a very long time despite only living down the road and wasn’t sure what ti expect since the move to providing more accommodation. It wasn’t very busy for a Saturday night, there was a good selection of food and the quality and tastes were excellent. I booked La Fontana for my Dad’s wake with it being extremely close to Garford Crematorium. I had already been recommended them by a friend so no surprise that the venue, quality of the buffet, and friendliness of the staff were all excellent.
