My friend & I were on an Oxford to Bath walk. This was day two & we were tired and hungry. Was told by a gentleman working in his yard that this was the pub we should go to. Best advice ever! This place has blown us away, amazing atmosphere, if you are a meat eater look no further. The food is amazing the staff are brilliant they can’t do enough for you, we had the bbq with the 40oz steak, me and the wife shared it, what amazing value for money
We had the most awesome lunch at The Woodman on Saturday 17/7 in their garden. There were 4 of us and my granddaughter. The tomahawk steaks were incredibly lush and juicy. Our little one had the most amazing prawns, I had the giant cheeseburger which was stacked high and gorgeous!. But the wow of the day were the incredibly juicy racks of bbq ribs, you won't find any better than those..tasty, soft, succulent. The chips and salad was fresh and tasted fab.
