Came for Christmas dinner and got no meal. Was absolutely shocking. Chef didn’t turn up and manager was cooking for about 50 people. Was offered again to come back for free 3 course meal and drinks and I can say this made up for it. The manager came to apologise and Heather the waitress was amazing. Had a wonderful hearty supper on a blustery cold night in Aberdeen. They were dog- friendly, and very welcoming to us. Hospitality/ service was amazing. The food quality was excellent and a great value for the cost. We were so impressed, we will definitely be making this one of our regular stops. Absolutely fantastic. Went for a meal after a long day on the road. The atmosphere was warm, welcoming and friendly. Staff were incredibly helpful and polite and the food was flawless. They also put a *big* emphasis on making sure the kids were served first and looked after. I couldn't recommend enough. What a lovely place.
