I ordered a half portion of chicken fillets and garlic mayo dip(Nochips, no salt, just vinegar). I ended up with an extra chicken fillet, a small amount of chips and my dip. (They gave me slightly more than i ordered, absolutely amazing). I got home, i dug in, the batter, was crispy and yet still a tiny bit moist, preserving the juicyness and taste of the chicken, meaning absolute perfectly cooked to precision. We were looking for a fish and chip shop in aberdeen and decided to visit fish n hook. Best fish and chips for a long time! Lovely light batter and the freshest fish. The fish cakes were well flavoured and homemade very tasty. good sized portions we will be back on our next trip up to Aberdeen.

Best fish and chips in town bar none. We had friends round and everyone enjoyed it. Beautifully white tasty fish and chips with a crisp edge to them. The only thing I would suggest is to change to the boxes that have a separate area for the fish. If you have any distance to go, by the time you get home the batter on the bottom of the fish is a greasy mess on the chips.
