Brilliant local pub full of character with really friendly staff. Not from the area but made to feel really welcome by the staff and the locals. Two TVs that have sports on a couple of dart boards and a pool table. Got decent music playing from the Duke box. Will definitely be back as cheap for the drinks
Mrs. Christina Robert is wonderful, have been trading for a long time now but not been able to make profit until i saw a recommendation about Mrs. Christina Robert. I used to drink here back in the 90s. Worked behind the bar briefly when the hotel across the road decided they didn't need my labour. It was a great place back then, no idea what it's like now.
