The Laroch Restaurant and Bar
Loanfern, BallachulishHonestly, my gf and I cannot think of a better meal and atmosphere we have had in the last decade. We have lived in France, Spain and other places in Europe, and dined in countless restaurations, many great ones, but never left any place a review. Tonight we had to do so, because what we experienced in The Laroch was a revelation. No words. Humble, homemade food, but flavours, service and atmosphere is worthy of 5 stars. No doubt. Go and eat here.

Quarrier's Kitchen Fish and Chips
53 Loanfern, BallachulishOrdered both fish & chips and pizza. Staff were friendly and welcoming, and delivery was quick and efficient. They are familiar with the local area so if you are staying in holiday accommodation this shouldn’t be a problem.Food was a bit on the spenny side for portion sizes, but was very tasty nonetheless!Would recommend :)

Loch Leven Hotel
Old Ferry Rd, North Ballachulish, Fort WilliamWe spent one night in this romantic hotel. The service was impeccable, with a very warm welcome. Special mention to the manager who revealed his secrets to us in order to best taste the whiskeys and gins from his selection. The cuisine was particularly refined in addition to being excellent. We will return with great pleasure as soon as possible. Thank you very much for your hospitality. Hope to see you again soon! Romain & Emma
