La Salute Ristorante Italiano
83 Main Street, West CalderWe visited yesterday for a 60th birthday meal. The first time we have been back since the new owners have taken over. We were delighted with the service, food and overall experience. Set menu was fab. We will definitely be back! Thanks so much to the whole team for making my Dad's 60th enjoyable. It was such a nice night. Laurie & family xx

Subway
Polbeth Service Station, A71, Polbeth, West CalderStaff here are the nicest staff I've came across at a subway, love the chat, very attentive, don't leave you standing unattended at the counter for ages before being served unlike other subways around Livingston. All lovely ladies and nothing is a bother for them!

Mr He
81 Main St, West CalderLove this place.
My benchmark Chinese test dish is hot and sour, which is really hard to get right, and Mr He does it consistently well.
Spring rolls are also consistently excellent, not greasy and packed with good quality ingredients.
Have used them five times now and they deliver so quickly!
They are our new go to takeaway.

The Chippy Takeaway
94 Main St, Calder, West CalderFood is good with a large choice.
Everything I've has is as what you'd expect. Although I think they overcook the pizzas. Other family members agree.
