Excellent first visit to this delightful Edzell eatery! We both had the ploughman's and it was a marvellous choice. Loads of different flavours on the one plate and felt full coming out! Atmosphere and service were top notch!
We visited when passing through Edzell, we were just looking for takeaway coffee but my kids spotted the delicious cakes! My son has a dairy allergy and I’ve got coeliac disease so assumed the cakes wouldn’t be suitable. We were so surprised to find out that they had a range of GF and DF cakes. We had a late lunch. We had to wait 15 minutes to get a table. But worth the wait. The food was good the service was good. It's a nice place. Think it always busy so that will tell you all you need to know.
