A82, Drumnadrochit, InvernessThis was a really cute local cafe and art shop! A little bit of everything, and just the right amount of coziness. I had breakfast there one morning and then went back for tea and baked goods the next- I highly recommend both!

A82, Drumnadrochit, InvernessWhat friendly people. At the time owner was due a baby so only had scones and hot drinks on the menu. Made no difference the experience with the highland cows and the warmth of the welcome was really great. Highly recommended.

Cafe Eighty2, W Lewiston, Drumnadrochit, Invernesswhat a hidden gem!!!! my friend and i were hangry after a long hike from the loch and this restaurant cured everything. the staff is incredibly kind and hard working. the place itself is delightful to be in. the decoration is really lovely and soothing. and the FOOD!!!!! oh my goodness. one of the best mac and cheeses i've ever had in my life. i had a vegan bean dish and it could make me never wanna eat meat again. if you're visiting the loch or just in this area, i'd highly recommend this place!!!

Both dogs were welcome inside too. Not only did they get water right away, but they even got some chicken to say goodbye. That was so sweet :-)

It was very tasty and portions are really big enough for one person. Very quick service as well.
If you are around Inverness, definitely try this place. But no dine in here, only take away.

Loch Ness Coffee
61 Coiltie Cres, Drumnadrochit, InvernessI came up the way since I had a tour at 10am for Loch Ness and this cafe was open (thank goodness). Lovely lady at the cashier was able to get me a hot chocolate and french toast in about 20 minutes. The hot chocolate was delicious and the perfect temperature to drink. The french toast was also good and the fruit was fresh on it! I definitely recommend coming in here around 8:40/8:50 am for good breakfast and a quiet dining room.
