Staff in all stores I've visited have all been lovely. The only complaint I have is the toilets are a real put off, they aren't up to scratch and always feel dirty, maybe this is the decor..
A handy wee escape from the madness of retail therapy. Your better half or kids shopping up a storm in the Kingsgate, or Primark? Escape here for a delicious coffee and a tasty treat. Use your Costa app for those all important bean rewards. Friendly, courteous and accommodating staff. Plenty of seating. Great coffee and plenty to choose from on their food menu. I have my personal favourite of course... the New York Deli Bagel! Yum! But I also highly recommend the cheese toasties...read full review

Only thing is very bad ? take away cups ? buyers staying tables so I'm going all the time costas 3x chairs I needed so no staying in chairs for us ....is that's anyone else there like a manager???
