It's a coffee shop, I like their coffee brand but it's pricey imo.The place itself is clean and tidy, run efficiently, so any wait time is minimal. Spacious, but quite dark and uninviting, atmosphere is busy and you have people walking all around you. I would recommend any other coffee shop in dunfermline for your overpriced coffee.Wheelchair accessibility: Spacious, However there is an escalator between this coffee shop and the main shopping centre downstairs. There are ground level doors by the bus stop nearby for access.

Just had a great experience at this Starbucks branch. Coffee and cinnamon swirl tasty as always but the big positive difference to my experience was the genuinely warm welcome and service from Michelle. She is an asset! Thank you
